100mm Celotex GA4100 is a multi-purpose insulation board that provides solution to overcome from the localized thermal bridges problem. Featuring a low emissivity foil facings, this board has been manufactured from tough polyisocyanurate (PIR) by using a perfect mix of certain blowing agents which acquires zero ozone depletion potential (zero ODP) and a low global warming impact (GWP).

Celotex offer PIR thermal insulation boards in various thicknesses for new build and refurbishment applications for both the commercial and domestic sectors. Important Information: For all updates and Celotex announcements since June 2017, please see the links below We provide U-value calculations to show compliance with current Building Regulations / Standards and best practice. These can be supported with a detailed report. The easiest way of getting a U-value calculation is by using our free online U-value Calculator. For more information, see our articles and how to videos below. The quick, free and easy way to find out the insulation thickness and the U-value you need for your building project. The U-value Calculator covers all the main ways of building walls, flat roofs, pitched roofs and floors using Kingspan Insulation products. Celotex TB4025 is targeted at cut-to-fit applications between rafters or joists and enables users to achieve lower U-values with a single layer of insulation than has previously been possible. It is also appropriate for use in floors and walls.

50mm Celotex GA4050 is a multi-purpose insulation board that provides solution to overcome from the localized thermal bridges problem. Featuring a low emissivity foil facings, this board has been manufactured from tough polyisocyanurate (PIR) by using a perfect mix of certain blowing agents which acquires zero ozone depletion potential (zero ODP) and a low global warming impact (GWP). Celotex CF5000 features a super low lambda of 0.021 W/mK helping you achieve compliance to UK building regulations and a U-value within the wall of 0.18 W/m2K. CF5000 has been mechanically engineered with a rebated edge to eliminate the passage of moisture. Celotex with lambda values as low as 0.021W/mK achieve better U-values and thinner solutions preventing heat loss and maximising thermal performance. With a premium range including ‘best in class’ product solutions for pitched and fl at roofs, walls and fl oors Celotex will continue to help meet the requirements of Building Regulations.

Elemental U-values – indicative only For regulation compliance, new dwellings must achieve a CO2 Target Emissions Rate (TER). This is unique to each dwelling design and is calculated using Standard Assessment Procedure (SAP) 2005. The TER is more easily achieved by specifying high standards of fabric insulation, resulting in low U-values.
